Implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan
The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides for measures to eliminate the consequences of corruption offences. Where legal grounds exist, decisions may be taken to invalidate transactions, contracts, and other legal acts resulting from corruption.
