Implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan
The Republic of Uzbekistan consistently implements its anti-corruption policy in accordance with the Constitution, the Law “On Combating Corruption,” and its international obligations. State anti-corruption programmes are being implemented, corruption risk assessment mechanisms are being introduced, the compliance control system is being strengthened, and the legal framework continues to be improved. Particular attention is given to digitalization, increasing the transparency of public authorities, and expanding international cooperation.
